Pietro Castoldi joined Hogan Lovells in 2021 in the Debt Capital Markets department after working for two years in London at leading international firms.
Pietro supports the team in advising leading Italian and foreign clients on various types of securitisation and other structured finance transactions, as well as debt capital markets transactions.
Representative experience
Advised Banca Progetto and BNP Paribas, as arrangers, in relation to a securitisation of receivables arising out of consumer loans, for a maximum amount of €370m
Advised Banca Valsabbina, as arranger, in relation to an STS securitisation of receivables arising out of SME loans, originated by ART SGR through the platform "Opyn", for a maximum amount of €303m
Advised Banca Finint, as arranger, in a securitisation of receivables arising out of mortgage/non-mortgage SME loans, originated by Banca Valsabbina, for a maximum amount of €1,4bn
Advised Intesa Sanpaolo, as arranger and dealer, in the establishment of the "Euro Commercial Paper Programme" by Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano for a maximum amount of €1,5bn
Advised Santander Consumer Bank S.p.A., as originator, in relation to an STS securitisation of receivables arising out of auto loans for a maximum amount of €505m
Advised a primary Italian bank, as arranger, in relation to the establishment of a securitisation programme of receivables arising out of invoices traded on multiple invoice trading platforms
