Diego Del Principe joined Hogan Lovells in 2022 in the Debt Capital Markets department after a work experience in a leading Italian firm, based in Milan.
Diego's practice focuses on advising leading Italian and foreign clients on various types of securitisation and other structured finance transactions, as well as debt capital markets transactions.
Diego graduated from the University of Ferrara in 2017 and has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2020. Diego also obtained an L.L.M. in International Financial Law from King's College London in 2019.

Assistance to a primary Italian bank, as arranger, in the establishment of a securitization programme of receivables arising out of invoices traded on multiple invoice trading platforms
Assistance to Intesa Sanpaolo in a securitization of receivables arising out of performing commercial loans for a total maximum amount of €700mln
Assistance to Banca Finint and Banca Valsabbina in a securitization of receivables arising out of residential mortgage loans originated by Banca Valsabbina for a total maximum amount of €735mln
Assistance to Banca Valsabbina in an STS securitization of receivables arising out of SME loans originated by ART SGR through the digital lending platform "Opyn" for a total maximum amount of €303mln
