Joe focuses his practice on venture investments, growth equity, M&A, and corporate governance. Committed to offering his clients practical advice and creative solutions, Joe draws on his wide variety of experience and keen eye for detail to anticipate clients' needs as he helps them navigate a broad range of transactional matters.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Joe began his career at a leading AmLaw 100 firm with a global private equity practice, and a top-tier international law firm focused exclusively on the start-up and innovation economy, where he collectively represented a number of private equity sponsors, asset managers, emerging companies, and venture capital funds.
Joe is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude, was an editor on the Cardozo Law Review, and participated in the Tech Startup Clinic.
