Insights and events
Since 2011, as part of the litigation, arbitration, and insolvency team at Hogan Lovells, Eugenio has represented both Spanish and foreign companies in their most complex disputes.
In recent years, Eugenio has focused his practice on insolvency and pre-insolvency law, complex recoveries, and financial litigation.
He provides representation and counsel to large and mid-sized companies within restructuring proceedings (pre-insolvency and restructuring plans). He also advises creditors with significant exposure, particularly financial institutions and alternative financing entities, in cases involving companies in pre-insolvency or insolvency. Additionally, he supports buyers in the acquisition process of productive units or assets in pre-insolvency or insolvency situations.
Eugenio also represents financial institutions and investment funds in complex recovery processes, often with an international scope. Furthermore, he handles a wide range of complex litigation on their behalf.
He has also had the opportunity to represent both financial institutions and other international companies in their most sensitive disputes involving consumers, including multiple class action lawsuits.
