Poland, Hungary and Germany offer significant opportunities for Chinese companies to establish a European presence or expand their European activities from there. Our panel of speakers discussed the opportunities and challenges Chinese companies may face when investing in these countries to establish subsidiaries or production factories etc. They looked at practical issues arising when selecting a specific location for the establishment (such as tax or subsidies) and when registering a company, applying for bank accounts etc.
