3. Webinar - Financial Resilience, resolution and wind-up - regulatory deep dive for FinTechs and Financial Institutions – 23 May at 2 p.m. BST

5. Webinar - PSD3 sub-series: Episode 1 – The PSD3 proposal – 31 October at 2 p.m. GMT

Watch the PSD3 proposal webinar – the first instalment in a series of three webinars on the European Commission's June 2023 financial data access and payments package.

Key topics:

We looked at one of the two legislative proposals to improve the functioning of PSD2, a proposed Directive on payment services and electronic money services which focuses on licensing and supervision of payment institutions – so-called PSD3, as well as:

  • Rationale for and implications of setting out the proposed amendments to PSD2 in two separate legislative acts
  • Potential impact of the proposed merger of the e-money and payment services regimes on both new and existing payments and e-money firms
  • Proposed changes to safeguarding and other business requirements

7. Webinar PSD3 sub-series: Episode 3 – The FiDA proposal – 6 December at 2 p.m. GMT

Watch the final episode in a series of three webinars on the European Commission’s Payments Package, this one discussing the Proposal for a regulation for a framework for financial data access (FIDA).

Key topics included:

  • understanding the mechanics of FiDA and how it relates to PSD3 and PSR;
