Jennifer Staniforth advises major financial institutions, payment providers, and other lenders on regulatory, commercial, and transactional issues.
Jen has spent time in-house on secondment at a major UK bank and understands the challenges clients face in the regulated financial services sector.
Jen is able to assist on all sector-specific regulation including the Consumer Credit Act, the Payment Services Regulation, BCOBS, CONC, and MCOB, as well as the impact of unfair terms, consumer rights, and AML on the financial services sector.

Drafting terms and conditions and other customer facing documentation for UK banks.
Advising UK banks on compliance with PSD2, the Consumer Credit Act, and the Payment Accounts Directive.
Co-ordinating various multi-jurisdictional reviews for lenders in relation to regulatory compliance and the launch of new products.
