Our next webinar in the series, Granting and Taking Leases is scheduled to take place at 12:30 p.m. GMT on Tuesday, 7 February 2023 where we will look at what is typically included in heads of terms for leases, and run through some of the negotiation tensions that can come up on key terms such as alienation, repair, yielding up, insurance, rent review and sustainability. 

A must for those in the industry at junior and mid-level, these sessions will also provide useful reminders for anyone more senior. Whilst being cumulative, the sessions also stand-alone if you prefer to attend a particular topic.
