Frederic's practice focuses on the enforcement of trademarks and other intellectual property rights, contract negotiations and the development of new trademarks. He represents clients from various sectors, particularly in the area of medical devices, consumer products, media and technology. Grown up bilingually, he uses his language skills to guide them through an increasingly European intellectual property law and promote their interests in the best possible way.
Frederic studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and Brooklyn Law School in New York City where he put a focus on intellectual property and internet law. In the course of his clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, he worked, inter alia, for the legal department of the Parliament of Hamburg and for another international law firm. Furthermore, during his professional training, he was actively involved in the law clinic of the Bucerius Law School.
