Frederick S. Cristman

Fred helps clients in a wide array of commercial financing transactions. He regularly advises and represents both lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border secured transactions, including asset-based, cash flow, and large portfolio/real property lending deals. His transaction experience covers multiple industry sectors, including health care, technology, manufacturing, energy, real estate, and telecommunications.

Fred's clients benefit from his diverse educational background, which includes a J.D., summa cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and a degree in economics from the University of Maryland.
