Giulia joined Hogan Lovells in 2019 and she is an associate in Banking and Finance department based in the Milan office.
Day-by-day, Giulia assists and provides legal advice to clients in several fields, such as cross-border financings, real estate developing financings, corporate finance transactions, including acquisition, asset finance and leverage buy-outs deals, and project financing on both lender and borrower side.
Clients recognise her proactive and friendly approach, as well as her attitude to preventing and solving problems and her constant availability to support them on their issues. She combines the firm global outlook with her consolidated local knowledge of the law.
Giulia graduated in Law from Siena University in 2019. During her studies, she spent six months in an overseas experience in New Orleans at Tulane University.

Advised an European Institution on legal aspects and procedures for the granting of collateral over the assets of a financial institution
Advised a primary Italian Bank on the credit facilities made available to an Italian SPV secured by a mortgage on a 55mt superyacht
Advised an International private lender on the loan facilities to finance a 41.1 MW PV portfolio in Italy and 86.98 MW PV portfolio in Chile
Advising a syndicate of banks in the credit facilities made available to an international group of companies to refinance existing indebtness
Advised a primary American Investment Fund in relation to an increase of financing made available through secured notes within Monte Titoli S.p.A.
Advised a primary Italian bank on the refinancing of certain real estate assets, in compliance with ESG features
Advising a foreign lender on the assignment and transfer of its position, in several capacities, to certain Italian licensed banks
