Jack is a banking and finance lawyer in the firm’s Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects (IERP) practice, based in London.
Jack advises international financial institutions, funds and corporations in connection with a range of domestic and international project and infrastructure finance deals, including acquisition finance and general corporate finance. Jack also advises funds and their lenders on fund financing arrangements.
Prior to working at Hogan Lovells, Jack worked as an associate at a leading Irish firm in their Banking & Finance group.

The lenders on the US$3bn debt financing of a senior direct lending fund established by a leading global alternative investment manager.
An Irish group in the energy sector on the refinancing of a €450m revolving credit facility.
Ballymore in respect of its €135m facilities with AIB.
