Hendrik Kornbichler is an employment lawyer with more than 25 years of experience in advising on all relevant individual and collective employment matters. During the past years, he in particular provided advice in complex company restructuring projects. His work covers drafting and negotiating agreements with works councils and unions required in cost reduction programs, including framework agreements, social compensation plans, settlements of interest, various further works council agreements and collective bargaining agreements.

Our clients highly value his strategic and pragmatic advice and the cooperative and straight-forward negotiation style he is known for. Involving Hendrik and his team in negotiations with employee representative bodies will highly increase the chances of a mutual result, even in a very difficult surrounding, because of his solutions-oriented approach.
