Our German offices employ around 1,400 people, including approximately 500 lawyers. We cultivate an inclusive culture and workplace and are at the forefront of gender equality in the German legal market. As part of the Hogan Lovells Responsible Business initiative, everyone at the firm is asked to volunteer at least 25 hours a year. In Germany, our involvement includes providing pro bono legal services for nonprofit organizations, volunteering with local causes, undertaking environmental projects, and participating in fundraising efforts.
