Taylor focuses her practice on all areas of government contracting, including litigation, mergers and acquisitions, compliance matters, and regulatory counseling.  

Taylor represents clients involved in bid protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. She also advises clients on various issues in corporate mergers and acquisitions involving government contractors, and handles claims before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) and Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA).  Taylor also assists clients in navigating nuanced regulatory requirements in the areas of small business contracting, schedule contracting, and domestic preferences, among others. She also provides counseling regarding contract formation and administration. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Taylor was an associate in the government contracts group of a national law firm. Taylor previously served as an intern to the Honorable Paul Grimm of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the Honorable Marian Blank Horn at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Taylor received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School in 2017 and her B.A. from George Mason University in 2014.

Served as subject matter expert on government contracts issues encountered in US$93m stock purchase of government contractor.*

Successfully defended DISA award of a US$6.52bn contract to client against a GAO bid protest.*

Successfully defended US$7.7bn award to client of Navy contract against GAO bid protest.*

Successfully challenged US$200m contract awarded by Navy resulting in corrective action before the GAO.*
