Inken's practice has a particular focus on life sciences, the aerospace and defense sector, as well as post M&A disputes. Inken is currently involved in a number of large-scale supply chain arbitrations across different industries. One of Inken's particular strengths lies in her eagerness to understand the details of any technical issues involved in her cases, in order to be able to discuss those at eye level with her clients, experts and arbitral tribunals.
Inken obtained her Ph.D. in constitutional law from the University of Bonn under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Josef Isensee. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Inken practiced with other international law firms in London and Düsseldorf.
