Katia Fernandez is mainly active in the areas of project development and real estate transactions. She specializes in public building and planning law as well as environmental law. She also advises clients on questions relating to numerous other areas of public administrative law.
Katia has been a lawyer in the Real Estate Practice Group at Hogan Lovells since March 2019. Before joining Hogan Lovells as a lawyer, she already gained experience in the real estate sector at Hogan Lovells as a research assistant and trainee lawyer. Katia also completed parts of her legal traineeship at the legal department of the Hamburg building authority and at the chamber of the regional court of Hamburg competent for private building law.
