Warren Kessler is an experienced telecom, technology, and media lawyer based in Washington, D.C.
Warren advises clients on a wide range of matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and has worked on numerous high-profile transactions, rulemakings, spectrum auctions, and FCC enforcement proceedings. In these matters, Warren assists wireless carriers, satellite operators, strategic investors, trade associations, cable networks, and broadcasters, as well as entrepreneurs and disruptors that may not fit squarely into one particular field or industry.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Warren was an associate in another Washington, D.C. firm's communications practice. Prior to practicing law, Warren interned for the FCC's Enforcement Bureau (Investigations and Hearings Division) and the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division (Telecommunications and Broadband Section). While in law school, Warren served as Editor-in-Chief of the Federal Communications Law Journal and was a Writing Fellow for the school's legal research and writing program.
