Being an experienced administrative lawyer, Maria spends her professional life advising corporations and real estate funds on regulatory issues related to M&A and real estate development projects and transactions, across different industries (including hotels, logistics, retail and office developments).
Whatever the problem is about, either a planning/building feasibility issue or an authorization / public law issue, Maria is the best partner for clients willing to identify the most appropriate solution as well as to anticipate further issues, even before they arise.
With experience as lecturer ("professore a contratto") of administrative and environmental law at the University of Pavia, Maria has extensive experience in the energy efficiency law field, regularly participating as a speaker in seminars and public conferences, and contributing to relevant publications.
