Diana Martin helps clients navigate complex environmental issues ranging from compliance counseling and permitting, to site remediation, enforcement defense and litigation, and transactional matters.
Diana has advised clients on a variety of environmental statutes including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and California's counterparts. She works with clients on permitting and compliance issues associated with federal, state, and local hazardous waste, hazardous material, solid waste, water quality, underground storage tank, and endangered species laws.
Diana's environmental regulatory and litigation experience spans numerous industries including energy, manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and food and beverage.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Diana practiced environmental law at other firms and previously served as in-house counsel at a hazardous waste disposal company.
