He is a recognized advisor in structuring and implementing transactions in the real estate and infrastructure sectors as well as in M&A and private equity transactions. He also has extensive experience in advising domestic and foreign investment funds on tax law and their investment (tax) treatment. 

He also specializes in advising clients from the IP sector, focusing on current trends in Industry 4.0, in order to provide his clients with comprehensive tax advice in view of the tax developments of the future.
