Andrew McCardle utilizes his broad communications law experience to serve clients navigating a range of regulatory and policy issues.
Andrew advises communications and technology clients on matters before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), state agencies, and other regulatory bodies. He has substantial experience with regulations impacting the wireless, cable, and broadband industries. He uses his knowledge and skills to help clients encountering legal hurdles at various levels of government.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Andrew was an associate in the communications practice of an Am Law 100 firm. In that role, he represented corporate clients before state public utility commissions, supported their participation in federal and state rulemakings, and worked on related transactions. Throughout much of his career, Andrew’s practice has had a strong focus on matters involving wireless and broadband infrastructure, land use permitting, and rights-of-way issues.
