Jay Mills has a keen interest in helping clients navigate the complex regulatory environment as they bring new and innovative technologies to market.
Jay provides guidance on a variety of state, federal, and international regulatory and policy issues, including radiofrequency spectrum licensing, frequency coordination, license transfers and assignments, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and privacy and artificial intelligence policy. Jay supports clients across the technology, telecommunications, and commercial launch and satellite industries.
While attending law school, Jay worked as a paralegal for the firm’s Communication, Internet, and Media group. Prior to law school, they worked on ethics and compliance issues at an international nonprofit organization and telecommunications regulatory issues at a boutique DC law firm.
