Northern Virginia, 5 March 2021 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Maximus (NYSE: MMS) in its acquisition of the federal services arm of privately held Attain, LLC. The contracted purchase price of US$430 million is subject to certain reductions and adjustments.
