Hogan Lovells advises on the simultaneous sale of Innovation Pharma to G&Ph and Farmacia De Leo to Farmacosmo

Milan, February 16, 2024 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Farmacosmo S.p.A. on the sale to G&Ph Holding S.r.l. of a stake representing 67% of the share capital of Innovation Pharma S.p.A. and on the simultaneous sale by Innovation Pharma to Farmacosmo of a stake representing 67% of the share capital of Farmacia De Leo S.r.l.
The transaction aims to optimise Farmacosmo's investments in store pharmacy segment which is in line with the strategic plan recently approved by the issuer.
The team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Paola Barometro and composed of senior associate Federico Urbani, and trainees Edoardo Pea and Silvia Barbati.
