Hogan Lovells advises Aareon AG on the sale of all shares in phi-Consulting GmbH

Led by Frankfurt Counsel Maximilian Broermann, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Aareon AG ("Aareon") on the sale of all shares in its consulting subsidiary phi-Consulting GmbH ("phi-Consulting") as part of a management buy-out.

Located in Mainz, Aareon is the leading provider of SaaS solutions for the European property industry. phi-Consutling supports companies in the utilities industry in optimizing their system workflows and business processes. With the sale of phi-Consulting, Aareon is further focusing on its goal of becoming Europe's leading SaaS technology company for the real estate sector.
