Hogan Lovells represents IDB Invest in US$300 million financing deal for Peruvian electricity

New York, 23 August 2022 — Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) in a US$300 million financing to Engie Energía Perú, a Peruvian electricity generator.
The financing, completed 5 August, has an 11-year term and is aimed at refinancing loans associated with the development of the Punta Lomitas wind farm located in Ocucaje, Ica, Peru.
IDB Invest is a multilateral development bank committed to promoting the economic development of its member countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
