As a partner in our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects department based in Paris, Olivier Fille-Lambie's practice focuses on acquisition, project and structured finance. Olivier is also the Co-head of the Africa Practice. He works principally for French commercial banks but also for domestic and multilateral development institutions and, to a lesser extent, for borrowers and sponsors.

Olivier runs a team that brings together lawyers from several areas of business law (corporate, banking, public law/PPP, contracts, arbitration), with a particular focus on OHADA business law currently applicable in 17 African countries. The team recently won the African Legal Award 2015 in the Transportation and Infrastructure Team of the Year category.
