In today’s episode, we will discuss the different phases of joint ventures and also where things can go wrong. Our Hogan Lovells partners Olaf Gaertner and Jon Talotta, who together are leading the global CaSL group, will discuss the pitfalls they’ve witnessed that can potentially lead to problems later down the road.
