Co-head of Banking and Finance department, Sabine has focused on leveraged and acquisition finance, as well as corporate finance. She is also involved in real estate financing transactions on both the lender and the borrower side. Recognized for her "excellent" and "efficient" service, her advice is mainly sought by lenders both on domestic and complex cross-border financial transactions. Always willing to answer her clients' needs in an ever changing financing market, Sabine has more recently developed a strong expertise on direct lending with the rise of private debt funds, unitranche financing and other disintermediated financing.
Representative experience
Advising the lenders in connection with the EUR 270,327,000 facilities made available to Scorpius in order to finance the acquisition of IPSEN Consumer Healthcare and of assets in 12 countries.
Advising the lenders in the context of the financing of the acquisition by a Newco (in which MML and Metric have invested through equity and quasi equity) of Groupe GPS.
Advising the lenders (including French and international banks) in the setting up of a EUR 700,000,000 revolving credit facility for the benefit of Rexel.
Advising the lenders in the refinancing of Lectra's existing financial indebtedness and financing the acquisition of the majority of capital and voting rights of Fashion GPS Inc. d/b/a Launchmetrics.
Advising the lenders in connection with the EUR 235 million facilities made available to FINU 14 (holding company of the Gorgé group) in order to finance, inter alia, the acquisition of IXBLUE.
Advising the lenders in connection with a EUR 180 million facilities made available to Solo Invest to finance the acquisition of Mid Ocean Grp B.V and general corporate purpose of the Solo Invest Grp.
