Saydee Schnider focuses her practice on representing and counseling clients in labor and employment matters. Whether advising employers on navigating the constantly shifting employment legal landscape or resolving disputes, Saydee is committed to providing practical, solutions-oriented guidance to advance her clients’ goals.
Her experience includes advising clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including antidiscrimination, retaliation, non-competition agreements, and employment laws applicable to government contractors. She also advises clients on the labor and employment aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Saydee began her Hogan Lovells career as a summer associate in the firm’s Northern Virginia office in 2021. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a Legal Research and Writing Fellow and was a judicial intern for the Honorable J. Michael Ryan of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She received her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 2014.
Saydee is dedicated to several pro bono causes, including juvenile justice and child advocacy work. She also regularly counsels nonprofit clients on employment-related matters.
