Scott also represents clients before the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in connection with audits and requests for advance rulings.
Scott served on the board of directors of the National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) for nine years, and was president of the organization 2012-2013. He has served as chair and vice-chair of NABL's Washington Seminar, as well as chair of NABL's Education Committee and Tax Law Committee.
