Silvia has advised numerous clients on the complex process of company reorganisation. Together with her clients, she was able to efficiently and smoothly resolve a wide range of different disputes with employees and conclude termination processes. Silvia is a litigator with court experience. She has represented a large number of clients in proceedings before labour courts and on collective labour law matters throughout Germany. 

Silvia is a specialist for employment law and also gives talks on employment law. Her clients benefit from her practical in-house training sessions on topics such as home office, occupational health and safety management, the deployment of external staff, employee data protection and works council law. She received her doctorate in the field of employment and corporate law. Having worked for a multinational company in Shanghai, China, she is familiar with the structures of international companies.
