Tej Singh's focus on the intersection of law and technology allows him to develop legal arguments based on the technical idiosyncrasies of any intellectual property (IP) case. Tej has a passion for understanding the complete development background of many of the technologies that are taken for granted every day.
Tej represents clients before federal district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Tej has extensive IP litigation experience involving a wide range of technologies, including software, telecommunications, and medical devices, and is familiar with all phases of patent litigation, including fact and expert discovery, claim construction, motion practice, and trial.
Tej also leverages his computer science background and knowledge of the law to advise clients on trade secret matters, including pre-litigation strategy and best practices.
