Leonart Szanajca-Kossakowski is a lawyer in the Corporate, and Mergers and Acquisitions department at Hogan Lovells specialising in M&A transactions, private equity, joint ventures, and the restructuring of groups of companies and businesses. He also advises clients on competition law (including consumer law), labour law, and intellectual property rights. He has many years’ experience working in renowned international and local law firms.
Leonart is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and the associated Center for American Law Studies. He also completed half a year of law studies at the University of Strasbourg (France) within the LLP Erasmus program where he specialised in European law, company law, and intellectual property rights.
