Tobias Ackermann advises clients on product liability, product safety, product compliance and product-related supply chain disputes worldwide. He is widely experienced in representing clients in court proceedings on various levels. He also defends clients on cross-border product liability cases and advises on recalls across the globe. He mainly focuses on the automotive, transportation, consumer goods, electronics and life sciences industry.

Tobias assists clients in coordinating court proceedings in various countries and communicating with customers, courts, authorities and the public.

In addition, Tobias also helps clients during product crises, in particular by investigating the facts of the case as well as by defining and implementing appropriate measures. He also advises on the market launch of innovative products.

During a secondment, Tobias also worked for a leading automotive company with responsibility for a project on product compliance, product safety and CE certification.
