Thanks to his significant know-how in all kind of finance transactions, our clients appreciate Christian's advice on real estate finance, corporate loans, asset finance with a particular focus on aviation, acquisition finance, project finance, factoring and leasing as well as loan portfolio transactions.

Alongside this, Christian has a strong focus on debt restructuring, restructuring and special situations, in particular restructuring plan and insolvency plan proceedings, cross-border insolvencies and enforcement of security. 

Christian frequently advises national and international banks, other financial institutions and corporate clients, institutional and private investors, and trade and financial creditors around the world.

Christian developed his deep understanding of clients' needs when he was working in-house for two major banks; he has also worked in our London and Frankfurt offices.
