As counsel, Charlotte focuses her practice on commercial contracts and regulatory matters relating to information technologies, data and cybersecurity, mobility/transportation and telecommunications. Charlotte works on innovative subjects such as artificial intelligence, connected objects, autonomous vehicles and more generally digital transition. She works closely with both French and international clients by providing them with regulatory advice or by assisting them in the negotiation and setting up of contractual schemes in various industry sectors, such as IT, automotive/transportation, energy and financial institutions.

Charlotte teaches telecommunications and space law at the Paris V Descartes University and data protection law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Charlotte was an associate in one of the most respected French 'boutique' firms focusing on Technology matters. Prior to that, she worked in a company on telecom matters (including satellite networks) in Europe and in Africa.
