Louise Leung

Louise is a banking and finance partner with extensive experience in structured, acquisition, leveraged and real estate finance, as well as restructuring matters. She regularly acts for international and Chinese financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and multinational and Chinese corporations; advising them on their most important financial issues.

Louise is known to be responsive and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, which allows her to advise clients on onshore and offshore financing transactions. Her in-depth knowledge and experience in the financial sector allows her to thoroughly understand the issues that her clients face and to provide effective commercial solutions to her clients to help them overcome legal challenges in the complex financial and economic landscape.

Louise joined the firm in 2006 as a trainee, qualified in 2008, and was promoted to counsel in 2017 and partner in 2019.
