Agnes Merz focuses her practice on bank financings and refinancings, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance as well as capital markets transactions, including securities issues and securitisation transactions. She’s known for being part of an “experienced and knowledgeable team”, who is “proactive, and pragmatic”, and having a “very well coordinated approach, a very commercial and client focused way of execution”.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Agnes worked for law firms and CPA offices, in France and Germany.
