Benoit Serraf advises companies on a wide range of business and corporate matters, with a particular focus on private acquisition and merger & demerger. He focuses on general corporate legal issues and commercial advice and assists in corporate structuring and restructuring as well as in private equity transactions. Benoit brings experience on refinancing transactions as well.
Benoit holds a Master in international business law and a DJCE in business law from the University of Aix-en-Provence (France). He was admitted to both the Paris and the Luxembourg Bar. Benoit is fluent in French and English and has good knowledge of Spanish.
Prior joining Hogan Lovells, Benoit worked for major law firms in Paris and Luxembourg.

Swissport on its offering of €410m 5.25% senior secured notes due 2024, €250m 9% senior notes due 2025 and the early redemption of its outstanding notes.
M&G on the Luxembourg corporate aspects of the EUR 94.1 million acquisition of a central Berlin office asset by a Luxembourg SPV.
M&G on corporate aspects regarding its EUR 32.9 million acquisition of logistics real estate assets located near Warsaw, totaling close to 50,000 sqm.
